Meet Gemma – a bright and bubbly Cornish gal who runs Freestyle Swim School in Falmouth alongside several other swiming based enterprises.
In October 2020 Gemma set up a Facebook community called She Swims Falmouth aimed at builidng an all-inclusive community of women who sea swim in Falmouth.
More recently Gemma started Open Aqua Outdoor Swim Coaching offering outdoor swim coaching at a number of locations around the Falmouth area.
Gemma has pioneered a revolution against the closure of Ships and Castle’s swimming pool in Falmouth and has been a main part of the infrastructure in starting community interest company Pendennis Leisure.
