You know when you meet someone and you instantly feel at ease? Well that’s Clare Learoyd, a Pilates instructor based in Newquay Cornwall.
At every class Clare’s intention is the same, to leave you feeling refreshed and restored in both mind and body. She’ll help you build core strength, increase flexibility and tone and strengthen your entire body to make you feel strong and mobile.
There are classes to suit all abilities, from the complete beginner to advanced. Classes are held in Nansledan, Newquay, close to some amazing shops and fabulous cafes and at Newquay Orchard. In the warmer months Clare runs classes outside at Watergate Bay where the breathtaking views add to the feeling of wellbeing.
Clare loves working with a diverse range of people; whether you are an experienced athlete, suffering from injuries or a new mum, Pilates can play an important part in helping you reach your health and sporting goals.
